How often does "implantation cramping" occur, like how common is it? also i would like to know if i had a potential "risk" on sunday, would (thursday) be considered 5 days afterwards or 4? just so i can know if i may be having implantation cramps

It's actually pretty rare for women to notice anything (bleeding or cramping) when implantation happens. In the majority of pregnancies, a missed period is the first sign. Too, implantation doesn't generally happen that fast: it takes around a week to ten days for a pregnancy to complete, and implantation happening 4 days after a risk would be very unlikely.
