Hello, would sex after the guy urinating to clean urethra of pre ejaculate, with a condom, with withdrawl on time be good pregnancy protection? I think its impossible to get pregnant this way what do you think?

There is no method of protection that works 100%. So, no: what you describe does not make a pregnancy impossible.
However, using a condoms correctly and for all genital contact makes a pregnancy pretty damn unlikely. Check it out: Condoms
