If I have on cotton underwear and my boyfriend has on boxers and we're drying humping and he cums, does that pose any risk of pregnancy? I'm asking because I was worried about the wet fabric, like his boxers getting wet and my underwear getting wet and the sperm somehow transferring between our wet clothes.
Thanks.

Any time you're talking about multiple layers of clothing between the two of you, pregnancy and STIs are not something to be concerned about. Check it out: Pregnancy Scared?

If his boxers were just damp with pre-cum and they were to touch my vulva, would this pose a pregnancy risk (just one layer of clothes)?

Possibly. That's still pretty unlikely, but if we are only talking about one thin layer, and it's really soaked with semen and pressed directly against your vulva, then STI and pregnancy risks can exist.
