If you have unprotected sex, and the very next day you get your period as you normally would, does this mean that you could still get pregnant within 2-3 weeks?
I did not have unprotected sex, but was just wondering.

If you have a period, that means you are not pregnant, regardless how soon before your period you last had intercourse.

It really depends on your period, and how soon after you ovulate. It's much less common, but with short periods if ovulation for some reason occurs right after then technically it could happen yes - remembering it takes about a week for the process. It's why we always say there's no safe time to go without protection - because the body's just not predictable (and even when it seems someone's is it's not always that way).
