Although chances of her pregnancy is low, her first month of pill will due by tomorrow. Today, there are white solid substance on her nipples and she hasn't got any spotting for a week or so. What could be wrong? What if she won't get her "fake period" after she finish her last pill?

There's no reason to be concerned about pregnancy. I don't know what else we can say to convince you of that.
As for what she's seeing on her nipples, it could be a bit of dry skin, it could be a lot of different things. If it continues and she's having any itching or pain, then the best thing to do is for her to see a doctor about it. In regards to "what if she doesn't get her period", all you can do is wait. It likely won't start immediately, it can take a few days, but just wait and see, okay?

Sorry I forgot to include this in the question. Does spotting occur to everyone? She had it when she just started the pack but not now anymore.

No, but it's very common, especially in the first few cycles of use. However, a lack of spotting shouldn't been seen as an indication of anything wrong, just as a side effect that isn't happening.
