I have a small white bump on my clitoris. I don't wash my vulva with soap or anything, because last time I had this problem, I was washing my whole body and vulva with olive oil soap and I got a "pimple" which I actually managed to pop. I believe that's what this is. I was wondering what the best way to treat this is?

Have you ever been sexually active in any way? If so, are you up-to-date with your sexual healthcare?

I ask because I'd first want to rule out this being a symptom of any STIs.
