A couple of weeks ago, I was doing the jack-knife (an abdominal excercise) when on the 10th rep or so I got a strong pulsation in my vagina, which I couldn't stop doing until it died down 20 seconds after I stopped doing that excercise.
It felt really good, and that's why i am thinking it could be an orgasm. I have never had one, and have nothing to compare it to. Is it really possible to orgasm by accident?? If yes, why??

Thank You!!

Hi jazzygirl - it is absolutely possible to orgasm by accident. As to why... well I guess because some things can just feel good even if you weren't necessarily doing them for that reason.
