My hymen has enough of an opening so that I can put a finger or tampon into my vagina, but anything bigger, like two fingers, is uncomfortable. If I put in two fingers and try holding my vagina more open, it feels like there is a tight ring inside the opening and it hurts if I try to stretch it. Also, when I put anything in there the skin just outside my opening hurts; it's still uncomfortable if I'm aroused.
Is this normal and will it change on its own so I could put something bigger in there?

Please captain, not in front of the Klingons. They need not see such a passionate display!

The hymen/corona usually wears away gradually on its own. And throughout that process, it tends to be very flexible tissue when someone is relaxed and aroused, just like the rest of the vaginal opening.

When you have tried inserting fingers, were you very aroused and lubricated?
