I'm unconcerned about any of what you're describing here except for a fishy smell. It's not uncommon for the texture of some of the vulva and vagina to be a bit bumpy, and the appearance of the vulva varies widely. But a fishy smell can indicate a bacterial infection. How long have you had that scent? have you seen a healthcare provider about it yet?

It's normal for the vagina to have some scent to it, but if it smells truly repugnant then you might consider going to get a pelvic exam just to make sure things are regular down there. A good practice in any case; regular gynecological visits are just as important as, say, going to the dentist every so often.
