What is an orgasm sopposed to feel like and what is the difference between a girl having an orgasm and a girl cumming? I always wanted to know that. Because when Im having sex there is a point that feels extremely good, but my legs dont shake, and liquid doesnt come down or anything. So im just wondering is it different for everybody? Oh and this site is wonderful.. I wish i found it earlier, more people need to know about this.

A lot of people say "come" or "cum" when they're talking just about orgasm. A lot of people use that word to mean ejaculating. Some people use it to mean both. So, what any given person means when they say it is tough to say.

But ejaculation is separate from orgasm with women, just like it is for men. They can often be interrelated (especially for people with a penis), but sometimes are not.

Here are a couple articles for you to get started with that should give us a good place to start:

Honestly, trying to describe what an orgasm feels like is trying to describe a sneeze. You can't exactly put it into words, but you pretty much know when you've done it. And really, everyone's sneezes are different- i.e. I tend to sneeze a lot in the morning for no reason, and I always sneeze several times in a row- I can never do it just once. A family member of mine sneezes really really loudly and she can't really help it. Get what I mean?

That being said, there is no "right" or "wrong" way to orgasm (or sneeze for that matter). And keep in mind that no two orgasms are the same- sometimes you'll have a weaker one, and sometimes you'll have a full body, cloud nine, "complete ecstasy" orgasm. But the best way to find out what an orgasm feels like for YOU is to masturbate and find what works. Once you know that, it's a lot easier to determine if/when you've had an orgasm with your partner. Hope that helps! [Wink]
