Hey guys, I'm SURE this is somewhere in the FAQ/articles, but can't find it. Is it OK to go for a smear & STI check the day after your period finishes, or are you meant to wait longer?
Thanks

It should be fine if your period is over. Some doctors even don't mind doing the pap smear and STI test during a woman's period, but if you're concerned about the timing and your doctor's personal preference, I'd recommend giving them a call and asking. They would be the best person to tell you.

Hope this helps!
