Hey guys im 19, and me and my girl friend are planning to have sex for the first time.
Before we do so I need some help and have some questions.
We can insert he penis into the vagina from the front when im on top of her.
But I saw a video in which the penis was inserted into the vagina from the back, i.e the girl was bent over on the table. what is this please help ASAP?

There are numerous ways the penis (or hands, or whatever a woman wants) can be inserted into the vagina and a couple can have intercourse. Finding out which ones feel good to any two people is just something we figure out by experimenting over time. And certainly, intercourse where the male partner is behind the receptive partner is one option.
If you're thinking about intercourse, can I presume you have already engaged in other sexual activities, like oral sex? If so, have you perhaps already done that in more than one position?
