Well you see I'm a guy 15 years of age. I don't normally masterbate :-\ I normally try to keep my mind off of stuff like "jerking it" or watching porn. Lately i havnt been really doing much so i've been trying to do stuff. Well the question is how do i ejactulate sperm? is there like an easy way to do it?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking how you can ejaculate without masturbating or otherwise having an orgasm? If so, can I ask why you want to or feel the need to do so?

If you mean how does ejaculation occur, then there are articles on the site that explain this, I would link but it's very late. If you are asking how you can ejaculate when you masturbate, it tends to just happen, often, though not always, when you orgasm, though some of the time it will happen separately, one reason why the withdrawal method is not reliable, but it might not happen at all, some men don't start ejaculating till their late teens. Unless you are trying to donate to a sperm bank, there isn't any reason why you actually need to ejaculate while masturbating, whether you orgasm or not, you won't build up sperm and explode or anything, either the fluids will be reabsorbed into the body, or they will be ejaculated during wet dreams. Or, like I said, you have just not started ejaculating yet. Have you ever ejaculated at all?

its just that when im hanging out with my friends we mess around they're like damn man i just shot a crapload and stuff.... i know we're messing around sometimes but i'm not sure if they're serious or not. it makes me feel insecure

They may well have started ejaculating before you have (though the volume may be exaggerated), but that isn't any reason to feel insecure, we all develop at different rates, they aren't better than you because they've starter earlier than you. If you want to have children and you haven't started ejaculating in another 5-7 years (ie. when you are in your 20s), it'll be worth seeing a doctor to make sure nothing's up, and just generally you might as well ask to make sure that isn't an indication there's something else wrong even if you don't want children, but there's no cause for concern at this point. Just enjoy masturbation for the pleasure of it, there's no point in worrying about being a real man or a big grownup or whatever. And maybe one of your friends is lying, just to seem more macho, you aren't the only one in the whole world not to have started ejaculating by the age of 15. As a final point, remember that even if you haven't started ejaculating, do practice safe sex, as you never know when you'll start and you are still at risk of STIs whether you do or don't, as is your partner if you have an STI.
To anyone who knows: can you leak small amounts of sperm without noticing before you have started having full blown ejaculations?

Guys can release small amounts of pre-ejaculate that usually happens before you reach the threshold of your orgasm. I don't know if this is actually considered part of the orgasm, it usually happens if I am maintaining an erection while masturbating for a longer period of time. The pre-ejaculate is thinner and clearer than semen but it still contains sperm. I've always considered the orgasm and ejaculation to happen pretty much at the same time although I haven't always ejaculated every time I masturbate.
