My last period seems really long ago, I think it was around May 27th. I'm really worried that I may be pregnant, I haven't had sex, but there has been sperm around. Me and my boyfriend have tried to be careful (washing hands etc). I'm worrying alot. Do you think I could be pregnant, or am I just being too worried and should wait longer?

Are your cycles generally regular ? And if so, when are you expecting your period, how long are usually your cycles ?

If semen did come into contact with your genitals, then you did have a pregnancy risk and this might be a good idea to take a pregnancy test if it's been 10-14 days after your risk or if your period is late.

Yes, if semen did come in contact with your vagina, then there is a risk. You can go to your local drug / grocery store and buy a home pregnancy test kit. They vary in cost, but are pretty acurate. You can also go to Planned Parenthood, although the tests can be a bit expensive depending, and are slightly stronger than the home kits. Good luck!
