I always use birth control(properly) a condom, and he doesnt ... inside me, that being said do you think theres any chance of pregnancy becuase i was having cramps today and i still have a week till my period and i heard that is a early pregnancy sign?

If you're using a hormonal birth control method and a condom, your'e about as protected from pregnancy as you're going to get.

So no, I think cramps are just related to your period coming on.
