Hello, I am typing this in hopes of getting some help, Before I go to the Doctor.

I woke up this morning and I noticed that I have a tender lump on the base of my penis, it resembles a boold vessle, but it is not red, and it is painful to the touch. I researched online, but I want your Opinion.
What is wrong with me, if anything?

You're going to have to call your doctor about that one. We can't examine you and aren't health care providers, so it's really impossible for us to guess. But really, anything that hurts and looks "wrong" really should just be checked asap.
