I can't remember where I heard this, and I have no clue if it's true or not. Can you get pregnant from rubbing against each other in just your underwear? It would make sense, but is it really true? Thanks for your help.

Well, it wouldn't make sense, since semen needs to find its way into the vagina for pregnancy to occur.

So, if a penis is RIGHT against a vagina with ejaculation and manages to completely soak through the woman's undergarments, it's *some* possibility, but even then, it's a lower risk.

And since ejaculate tends not to occur in the sort of volume that would do that, even that situation isn't common.
