Could having anal sex cause any problems with going to the bathroom? Like make you constipated, or do the opposite and actually loosen your ability to hold it in? [Confused]

I'm talking for short term and long term effects. Has anyone experienced either of these, or have any advice for me on this?
I don't have a problem with anal sex, but I don't want to continue doing it if it means having problems later in life.

Anal sex, like all forms of sex, won't cause an permanent damage. It just needs to be taken slow, and if it hurts, stop.

Anal sex may feel fine for some and uncomfortable for others, if it feels uncomfortable slow down, also.... if slowing down also feels a bit uncomfortable may I recommend a lubricant to allow penis to enter and exit more freely.

I hope I have helped with my tips. [Smile]

(Lacbos, we appreciate your help but try to post comments on threads that are not as ancient as this one, as the user has probably resolved this issue by now.

An added note, one should always wear a condom and use lubricant during any anal sex to reduce the risk of STI transmission and the occurrence of trauma to that area).
