i was just wondering if it's possible to have an orgasm JUST from an erotic dream. 2 or 3 times in the last year, i've woken up from one and felt several muscle contractions "down there", which i'm assuming is an orgasm. i just remember being weirded out and going back to sleep again haha.

so like, is this common?

I'd say it's definitely possible to have an orgasm just from an erotic dream. Unless your muscle contractions are painful, there's nothing wrong with it.

same here. My boyfriend has done that several times when I've stayed with him. It has happened once to me, but I just pushed it off and didn't think much of it, until one night when I was laying in bed beside him and it happened. So then I thought that it must be a common thing, and happen to almost everyone, and I didn't feel like such a weirdo . . lol [Big Grin]

And I say thank you for the scars
And the guilt and the pain
Every tear I've never cried
Has sealed your fate.
Did you take me for a fool
or were you just too blind to see
that every effort made has failed
and there is no destroying me?

It is possible. I have experienced that a few times. When i'm just with myself or with my fiance next to me in bed! [Smile]

Nothing to be embarrassed about! It's very normal.

Now I almost feel like an oddball since it's never happened to me. Of course, on second thought, it doesn't surprise me too much, since I barely ever remember ANY of my dreams. I don't recall ever having an orgasm when I was waking up, either. You know, I kind of wish that would happen to me just once so I could know what it's like.

I also had my first two orgasms from dreams -the second one was a lucid dream, in fact, about this boy in my dance class. *sigh* It hasn't happened in a while, and it sort of disappoints me.

It happens to me quite frequently... yesterday in fact ^^; I'm a bit of an oddball when it comes to orgasms, since I have them very frequently and don't require much stimulation, but yeah. You're not the only one. It happens to boys after all, so why wouldn't it happen to girls?

I've had a couple of those erotic dreams, but I didn't have a "wet dream" since I'm the sort of active with myself type at times
