When you are going to have sex, but you dont have any lubrication, what else can you use instead? if there is no stores around. I heard you can use spit...

Not if you expect it to work very well.

Really, there's no substitution for a good quality lube. Most of the things you find at home are not safe to use with condoms. AND they are not formulated for internal use...meaning that if you use something from home or otherwise that you could cause a lot of irritation and/or end up with a nasty infection. Using something like saliva or water is going to dry up really really quickly as it is does not stand up well to contact with latex and friction (thus they will not help with added comfort nor will they help prevent condom breakage).

Lube can be purchased in virtually any store that sells condoms. Really, if you can't get access to the things you need to protect yourself when you are sexually active, then it's probably not a good time to be sexually active. It's always best to wait until you have access to the things you need.
