Okay on the start of my vagina or where the girls private parts start i have this thing that starts there and ends where i pee. Its lik a blister like how a blister gets big but it doesnt hurt, itch, and is the same color as everything else. I thought it might be a growth but i dont know. No one knows about it. My mom or dad dont even know and i would fell weird telling them. I know it cant be a STD or anything because i havent had sex, been fingered, or even ate out. Please help me with this.

Are you sure that what you're describing isn't your clitoris?

It does sound like you're describing the clitoris.

I have a suggestion: grab a mirror, a flashlight, and print out Pink Parts: Female Sexual Anatomy. It will help you get to know your body.
