Where does it hurt exactly?

It's possible that you do have a tiny cut; just b/c you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there ... They can be hard to see.

A tiny cut or abrasion seems like the best be here ... But it should've been healed over within a week. It may be time to visit the doctor.

Is there any difference in discharge?

It may be irritation from an infection of some sort. Again, it sounds like visiting the doctor would be your best bet.
