Last weekend me and my ex hooked up. We were just making out and even though we didn't have a condom, he wanted to put it in once just "so i could see how it felt". He never ejaculated or anything, but after the fact, i gave him head and he ejaculated then and i swallowed. How likely would it be that i would be pregnant? I have never had sex before but i know that it is possible on the "first time" even though we didn't go far. Also, does it matter if i swallow after my guy ejaculates after giving head?

Firstly You can not get pregant from oral sex, as im sure you know..but there is still the risk of Sexually trasmitted disease as there is still the exchange of fluid. So it is always safest to wear a condom even during oral intercourse. Secondly if not on the pill it is also safest to always wear a condom weather his is putting it in "just for a second" "going to pull out" or even just if your vagina and his penis are in direct contact for both reasons of preventing unwanted pregancy and STD. Although it is very un likely that you are pregnant if your that worried you could take a pregnacy test. just remeber You only have one body in life.. you should take good care of it. Practive Safe sex!

According to our chart, Whats the Risk?, you have had a substantial pregnancy risk. If you do not wish to become pregnant, then I'd recommend you obtain emergency contraception. You have a 120 hour window to do so. If you pass that window, then you need to wait 10-14 days and take a pregnancy risk.

Furthermore, you've had an STD risk. I'd reccomend you go to your local clinic and have tests run to ensure you're STD free.

The thing is, pre-ejaculate can contain sperm, and thus is a pregnancy risk. There is no way to know if he had pre-ejaculate or not.
