OK, me and my boyfriend got kind of rough when we had sex, but before intercourse, i pleasured him orally, and he was getting really rough and moving around alot, and he was pushing it into my mouth. Then after we were done, he looked at it (his penis), and there was a little red spot on the tip of it, and its still there, its like a reddish brown, similar to a hickey, its no bigger than the size of a pea, he thinks its a blood blister. What is it?

Only someone who can literally have a look at it, and possibly take a culture from it, can.
Could be a blood blister or abrasion, could be a Herpes blister, could be any number of things. But I'd suggest -- especially if he isn't up-to-date with his STI screens and you two are having unprotected sex of any kind, including oral sex -- he ask his doc and get a full screening. Obviously, if you're also not current with yours, now'd be a fine time to do that.
