If you are using the pill as your sole form of birth control, then wait until one full cycle after she finishes the course of antibiotics before having intercourse again.
However, "sex" does not need to be limited to intercourse. Activities that do not involve semen coming into contact with the vulva do not present a pregnancy risk, so you could still engage in manual and oral sex.
All of these activities (including intercourse) do, however, contain an STD/STI transmission risk, so I hope that you are monogamous and have both been tested twice (with six months between each test). If you haven't done this, then you will need to do so as soon as possible, and until you have negative results, use a latex barrier (condoms and/or dental dams) for any sexual activity involving the transmission of fluids. Condoms, when used correctly with water-based lube are also a highly effective form of birth control, should both of you decide to have sex before it is safe to rely on the pill again.
