Is there any other reason to be itchy than a yeast infection? For the past week or so, Ive been itchy, but no different discharge. What causes a yeast infection?

A number of things can cause yeast infections, you may want to look at this article: FBI Files: Yeast Infections for more information.

Other things can make your vulva itchy, however, including other infections that don't show other symptoms.

Aside from infections:

Have you changed fabric softeners or detergents recently? What sort of underwear do you normally wear (anything other than cotton)? Have you been wearing pads at all recently? Certain things like fabrics or detergents can cause irriation on the skin, and the cloeseness of your underwear could be making you itchy there though not anywhere else.

Still, I'd recomend getting an appointment with a gynecologist. Yeast infections don't always have a lot of symptoms, especially if they're starting out or more mild. They can look for yeast, though, at the gynecologist's, plus look for any other sort of infection that might be causing this. if it's not an infection you can start sleuthing from there.
