Is it true that a someone (a medical professional) can insert into the male anus and press on a duct which causes spontaneous male ejaculation? I believe this appears in the film "Roadtrip".

There's really no magic button to push for spontaneous ejacuation ...
I haven't seen the movie, but i'm assuming this 'medical professional' was stimulating the mans prostate (which some men find pleasurable), causing him to ejaculate. It could work for some men, but probably not all.
I just saw this on an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
There was a woman who was seducing men, slipping a seditive into their drinks, and then she would take this "machine" that looked kinda like a defibulator with a dildo rather than paddles. She would insert it in the guys anus and it would emit a small electric shock to his prostate which would cause him to ejaculate. She would take the sperm and sell it on the black market, then claim she was rapped by presenting "evidence" of DNA.
It was a rather...interesting...episode, but even though it's television, it's based off of factual information. They mentioned on the show that the "machine" that she used is used in situations when a husband is braindead or paralyzed and the wife wanted to have children. That's how they would extract sperm without the male having to be erect. Just my 2 cents... ~Jonton
