I recently had a sexual encounter with a prostitute. She gave me uncovered oral and finally covered sex.
After the encounter, when I was taking a shower, I noticed a friction abrasion on my penis. It must have happened during sex. I am 80% sure it happened after the BJ.....however, at no time did I enter her without a condom.....
I am concerned about my risk of contracting an STD....in particular HIV/AIDS. I am usually pretty careful, but this was a mad rush of blood on my part to let her give me a BJ without a condom....

please advise,

this happened about 5 days ago now....nothing has appeared on my buddy.

Unprotected sex, either vaginal or oral has STI/STD risks. You should schedule a full STI/STD scan within a month followed by a second scan 6 months later. Here is the Scarleteen article on STI/STD risks:
