Ok um Ive never had any kind of sex before and I was wondering if you had anal sex does it mean that your still a virgin?

Lik you know how when a guy and a girl have sex regularly the first time it like pops the 'cherry' and I was wondering if that happens when you have anal sex? And also.. Is it as pleasurable as regular sex or not?
And one more thing... Can you get pregnant doing it that way? I heard you cant but Im not sure if what I heard was true so um yeah I would really appreciate anyone who could tell me anything!
Thank you! ^.^

There is no cherry in the vagina, nor anything to "pop."

Cherry is slang for a first time at anything, and the notion of "popping the cherry" is based on the myth that vaginal penetration means breaking the hymen. However, the hymen is not only not a seal which needs popping, in most women, it erodes over time, and will simply slowly stretch out and wear away with vaginal penetration (which includes manual sex or masturbation, not merely vaginal intercourse).

Per virginity, since that term means so many things to so many people, no one can answer that. However, having anal sex DOES mean you are sexually active, and it DOES put you at all the risks of being sexually active: risks of pregnancy and high risks of STIs exist.

So, if you are going to engage in it, safer sex needs be practiced, including condom use.

Per what is pleasruable, that dvaries from person to person. However, if more subtle anal play -- such as with a gloved finger or sex toy -- has not been pleasant for you, then it is unlikely anal sex would be. And for neraly everyone, anal sex without adequate lubricant used and without a very patient and gentle partner is not going to feel good at all.
