I was given a blowjob for the first time a week back, and it hurt a little bit.. and i didn't get pleasure out of it. Do you know of any reasons why this happened?

There is no one sexual activity which everyone enjoys: plenty of people just don't enjoy oral sex much, or intercourse, or manual sex, or even kissing. What we like and dislike is very individual, based on physical, emotonal and intellectual factors.

So, who knows: maybe fellatio just isn't your thing, yet or altogether.

Pain from it can indicate a few things: perhapsy your partner was sucking too hard for your sensitivity level, or not guarding his or her teeth well enough. Perhaps the places pressure was being put were places too sensitive for that to feel good to you. If you're not up to date with your annual sexual health/STI exams, might want to do that to be sure an infection isn't the reason for the pain, especially if you're having any pain with masturbation or other forms of partnered sex.

This is something you should bring up with your partner. You don't have to engage in anything that doesn't feel good. Perhaps taking it slow and letting your partner know exactly which strokes or licks feel good, and stick with that.
