Implantation bleeding, which almost all women will have, though for a good number it goes completely unnoticed, is very light spotting, meaning it will barely cover a thin pantyliner, if even that. Even during a light period, in which you need to use a normal pad or use a tampon, you should bleed more substantially than that.
Still, the only sure way you can know you're pregnant is with a plositive pregnancy test. So if you have a concern, take a test 10-14 days since your pregnancy risk and you'll get fairly accurate results (if a more regular period has not come byt then, you can also take another test a week later to double check if the first result was negative)
does it last for a few days or only a day? cuz i had an extremely light period for about 4 days or so (my period is very heavy and lasts about 5-6 days) a week after i had sexual intercourse.
