What are labia minora supposed to look like? Mine protrude significantly out of my labia majora.

So do mine. In fact, one of them is actually quite larger than the other. It's perfectly normal. There's an article here about female sexual anatomy that, if I remember correctly, describes them pretty accurately. There's a really wide range of normal, because we're humans.
