Is it normal to have PMS a week and a half before your period starts?

Premenstrual symptoms can be very irritating, as you well know.

And that's the thing, is that they can be unpredictable. I can remember several instances of not having PMS at all, and times when it came a week or so before I started my period. And since I know I'm as healthy as a horse, I'm sure it's not unusual.

For females, being emotional no matter what it is, is just a way of life. Females are sensitive and there are some days you'll just feel in the worst mood and won't know why. Sometimes it can just be other aspects in your life at the time that can contribute to it.

Actually, for human beings, being emotional is a way of life . Doesn't matter if you're male or female - everyone has some days when they're in a lousy mood for no apparent reason. And unlike PMS, that has nothing to do with hormones.
