Baby oil really isn't a good internal lubricant. It's not meant to be used as an internal lubricant, and it's also not safe for use with condoms, gloves or sex toys. There are a lot of sex-specific lubes out there that do work pretty well. Many of them are sold in the "feminine hygiene" or "family planning" section of your local pharmacy or grocery store -- you can usually find Astroglide or KY Liquid/Jelly there.

Masturbation doesn't have to involve sticking anything anywhere unless you want to and find that pleasurable. Most women will use fingers for stimulation and penetration; some women use vibrators or other sex toys for masturbation. Anything that you insert into your vagina or anus should be clean, have no sharp edges, preferably covered by a condom, and (in the case of anal play), have a flared, wide base so that it won't "disappear" and be unable to remove.
