This is one of those situations where you're going to have to ask the person who used that word. Even if there were a dictionary of slang (and heck, there really are several of them out there, even printed ones), it wouldn't be a big help because words and their meanings are made up and change all the time.
The only way to know what someone really means is just to ask them straight out: "What does 'juke' mean?"
And if you're not comfortable enough with someone to ask them "Um, what do you mean?" ... then I'd say you're probably not comfortable enough with them to be having sex with them .
