Is there a legal age to finger/be fingered or for oral activity? Or is it encorperated as sex with the legal age being 16 (or in the uk anyway) Just wanted to get it straight!

In almost all states and countries, age of consent laws apply to ALL sexual, genital activity.

Yup - in the UK, oral or manual sex with someone under the age of 16 would be classed as "indecent assault".

I believe the legal age is 16..I think..I'm not for sure..

Really? That comes as a surprise to me. I'd always assumed that the age of consent laws aplied to vaginal intercourse only in this context, and that any other forms of sexual activity were not included in the law.
