ok. I have heard many girls talking about a guy going down on them(eating them out). I have been offered this by a couple of guys but said no cause i am to scared. What is the girl supposed to do while the guy is down there? how long is it supposed to last?

Er, whatever she wants to do. And it can last however long the parties involved want it to last. Honestly, the only real rules involved in sex are that all those involved need to respectful to all others, and that all acts need to be as safe as possible, which is to say that so long as oral sex involves dental dams and/or condoms, and caring people who communicate with eachother (and everthing is legal and consensual, of course), you're doing fine.
