My local family planning clinic want me to get tested for chlamydia in a couple of weeks, but what does the test involve?

Chlamyida testing involved a PAP smear and/or a urine test.

Well, to answer your question:

There are several chlamydia tests avaliable, but the most common is a slide test. A slide test is admistered by takinga sample of cervical cells with a paddle or little brush. That means that the clinician will use a little pipe cleaner type thing to take a sample of the lining of your cervix (inside your vagina).
