Are boys also loosing virginity as girls at their first time? I mean it for those who aren't circumcised.

It doesn't seem very clear as to what you're asking. Being articulate is good.

Insofar as I know, whether or not a male is circumsized has no effect on when he first has penis-in-vagina intercourse (I assume that's what you meant by losing virginity). As for the rest of it, you'll have to make yourself a bit clearer.

In the meantime, here's a nifty article about virginity, which explains why it's largely a matter of personal meaning and societal practice rather than a physical state of being.
