I was wondering. Is there a difference in "getting off" and having and orgasm? And if so, does it apply to guys as well?

Many people use the phrase "get off" or "getting off" to mean "having an orgasm." I think it's safe to assume that in general, yes, that's what people are talking about when they use that phrase in a sexual context.
