I'm going to assume you mean male ejaculate. That given, for starters, if it is the ejaculate of someone with whom you haven't been monogamous for a few years, and who hasn't been tested cleanly for STDs, not only is it non-nutritious, it could make you sick, or even be fatal. Under no circumstances do I ever advise fluid bonding to young adults. I just don't.

That said, semen varies by each man's diet, but commonly contains small protetins, citric acid, frictose (fruit sugar) sodium, chloride, ammonia, ascorbic acid, calcium, carbon dioxide, cholestorol and various minerals. However, semen is not considered to be a nutritional source of much of anything, and again, can do more harm than good in some situations.

You'd do better to take your vitamins and use a condom.
