Pubic hair is but one aspect of puberty and development, and, like most things has a good deal to do with individual genetics, so wheras one person can develop pubic hair at 11, another might not until she was 16 or 17.
This brought back a funny memory I thought I'd share:
For what seemed like a long time (although it was probably only a few months) when I was 11 or 12 I had one lone pubic hair that sort of jumped the gun on all the rest and decided to strike out all on its lonesome. I still remember finally taking tweezers to it because I decided it looked stupid down there without any others to keep it company!
Well i think i was about 8 or so when i started to get pubic hair ... it looked kinda weird!! It didn't all come at once, so it looked REALLY funny. I didn't try to pluck it like some others (not naming any names of course) *lol* j/p
When I was in like, fourth or fifth grade I got mine (but I tend to be ahead of everyone else...). I remember not having any, and then I remember having it, but I don't remember an inbetween stage...weird.
There is absolutely no answer to that question. While I first started seeing pubic hairs at 7 or 8, I know a person who didn't have any until they were 12 years old.
