Just a quickie here folks, about times that we advise people to seek out healthcare, or say we can't know something either because we aren't doctors, period, or we aren't someone who can give you an exam in person.

We really need everyone to respect those lines. We don't say those things, when we do, to blow you off.

Instead, when we say then it's because of at least one and often all of the following:
Because, in our professional experience and education, healthcare is what someone needs in a given situation,
Because we aren't doctors and/or otherwise can't know or say what's going on with someone without them actually having a doctor or clinician evaluate them in person,
Because there are ethical and legal limits to what we can and cannot do and advise about that we need and want to abide so that we are not at the receiving end of (likely valid) lawsuits.

So, again, this is never about blowing someone off, it's about us doing our best to do our jobs the very best that we can, as well as to do them within the bounds of good ethics and the law. trying to push us otherwise, or kind of keep at us to wear us down and have us say something else not only isn't going to work, it's just not cool.

If you know you need healthcare but have issues with access, we are always glad to help anyone to find care they can afford and get to.
