Do you mean the board alerts? What kind of notice are you talking about?

Miz S said that if I wanted to know more about what a mod meant by something they posted that I just had to send them a moderator notice instead of asking them on the board what he or she meant by something.

here's what she said. I simply don't understand what she means by moderator notice.

quote:
Please don't argue in this way on the boards, okay? A user wanting an answer to their question isn't helped by that.

If you have a question for a moderator about their factual information, you can easily send a moderator notice

That is not sending a private message. I tried that and it doesn't work.It says

quote:
You are not permitted to send a private message to this member. Only forum leaders are currently permitted to receive private messages
And what is instant messaging anyway ? I can't send private messages to anyone.

Aaaaah. I believe she's saying that you can simply send an email to a moderator, or use the "report post" feature. All of the mod's emails are located at the top of every forum where they do their duty.

The PM feature has been disabled for all users except mods and admins. So that won't work for anyone.
