oh dear, sorry about this, but i am technologically illiterate and can't figure out how to quote people in my replies.... help? thanks..

At the top of each post there are 3 symbols. The third one, which looks like a page with a red arrow coming out of it, is the "reply with quote" button. Click on this symbol in the post you want to quote. If you only need to quote part of the post, delete the irrelevant material.

Alternatively, you can type [ QUOTE]cut and paste the relevant text here[ /QUOTE]
-but leave out the spaces inside the brackets (I had to put them in so you could see the BB code, otherwise it would just have formatted like an actual quote)
