Alright, I've heard the word "pansexual". "Pan" means all. It's just what's confusing me is, when people talk about pansexuality, the word "pan" means all, and the question is, define "all". What is this "all" that pansexuals are attracted to? It's hard to make it out. Can somebody please explain this to me? [Confused]

Bisexual suggests or implies that there are only two genders or sexes (which there are not) and/or that someone is only attracted to people of binary sex or gender.

Most folks who use pansexual do so to make clear that either a) they are aware that gender and sex are not binary and/or b) they are attracted to people outside gender binaries or who identify their gender binarily, like genderqueer or trans gender people.
