So, for about a year now I've thought I could be Bi. I am sexually attracted to both sexes (although it's a 60-40 split towards women over men). And get aroused by both gay and straight pornography.

The issue is that I am generally not a poly-amorous person. I have had few genuine crushes, where I feel like I want and NEED to be with someone. But these have all been girls, I have yet to have a large crush on another guy, despite physical attraction.

I have limited romantic experience, two girlfriends and a couple brief encounters with girls. Unfortunately I don't know many gay guys so that hasn't been much of an option...

So where does this leave me, besides confused?

Check it out: Q is for Questioning

Have a read through, and if you want to talk about this some more when you're done, we're here.

Just a couple things, though: porn isn't really the greatest way to determine orientation, because it's about fantasy, and orientation is about attraction to real people. Also, being bisexual doesn't mean polyamorous - many people who identify as bi are monogamous, and anyone of any orientation can be polyamorous.

Hey there! I've known I was bi for a few years now, so maybe I can help you out. It's possible you just haven't met a guy who's your type. Just because you're bi does not mean you have to be attracted to 100% of the population or have both a boyfriend and a girlfriend at once. I'm currently dating a (fairly effeminate) guy, and he's the only one I find myself very attracted to at the moment.
Sometimes I think labels just make things more confusing - like you have to fit very specific qualifications to be this or that. You're you - don't try to fit into a predefined box!

It won't be safe, it won't be quiet and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be; the trip of a lifetime!
