First of all, I can assure you that you're not alone in feeling this way. I remember feeling so lonely and lost when I first came out to myself. It does get better with time. :-)
Have you checked out the GLBT resource page here on this site?
I also ran a quick web search, and came up with some links that may be useful to you. It looks like there's a good GLBT community in the Pittsburg area. Lucky you. :-)
http://www.glccpgh.org/ - Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Pittsburg.
http://trfn.clpgh.org/pflagpgh - PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) of Pittsburg.
http://pittsburgh.about.com/cs/gaylesbian - About.com's GLB page for Pittsburg.
http://www.pitt.edu/~rainbo - Rainbow Alliance at the University of Pittsburg.
http://www.outinpittsburgh.com/ - Out In Pittsburg. Check out the Resources link for a listing of groups.
If you don't see anything that appeals to you, you could always call or email one of the groups and ask if they know of other resources for GLBT teens in your area.
You might also want to check out this Scarleteen article on coming out: http://www.scarleteen.com/gaydar/out.html
And of course, there's the rest of the information in the Gaydar section too. :-)
(edited to clean up some formating problems and fix links)
