Also check out
http://www.q.co.za/ which lists a bunch of resources right here http://www.q.co.za/2001/links/organisations.html

- I bet some of the national organisations will be able to help you find a local group or organisation for you. As you didn't list where you live, why not try a google search yourself with the keywords GLBT, youth and your location? I am sure you'll find something!

Hi Hotbuttered,

forgot the first time, but sth you could also do would be to simply grab your local yellow pages and have a look under "Help Organisations" or "Counselling Services" or whatever else; at least over here, GLBT organisations are listed there or the organisations there could send you to one more suitable for your needs.

I know from my job at Planned Parenthood, that we get tons of calls where we simply need to send people to a more suitable resource (like a GLBT youth group, a group for abuse survivors, etc.), so if all else fails, I bet a local Planned Parenthood Clinic might help you, too in finding support in your area.
