I love this site - even more, I love reading about other peoples' questions and problems and responding to them. I am young, but I believe that I could offer plenty of great advice on this site.

Right now, we don't need any more board moderators (though we do have need for other kinds of volunteering on other areas of the site), but we likely will in the future.
To get to that takes some time anyway: we like mods to have been around the boards for at least a few months, to have shown that they have a great handle on how to work the boards, on our guidelines, on researching answers well and clearly having read a lot of the material we have at the site, etc. Moderators also must first have a minimum of 50 posts before we consider them and not have quickly acquired that minimum just to meet it, if you know what I mean.
So, you can get started on that -- and no one needs to be a moderator to help other users -- and if you still like it here in a few months, you can go ahead and put in an application to volunteer for us, which you'll find here: http://www.scarleteen.com/scarleteen_volunteer_application
Thanks for your interest!
